1. Digital Product Notice

Your purchase is a digital Canva Pro subscription service delivered electronically. Once the product is activated and delivered, it is considered accessed and used.

2. Refund Window — 5 Hours Only

You may request a refund only within the first 5 hours if:

• You did not receive the Canva Pro access
• The provided access does not work
• There was a technical issue preventing delivery

After 5 hours, your order becomes final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.

3. Why Refunds Are Limited

Canva Pro access is a digital subscription. Once activated, it cannot be “returned.” This makes all delivered services final.

4. Customer Responsibilities

When you purchase, you agree to:

• Provide correct contact information
• Check your email/phone for delivery messages
• Report any issue within the 5-hour window
• Not misuse or share the provided account

5. No Refund After Product Use

If you log into the Canva Pro account or begin using the subscription, your eligibility for a refund ends immediately—even if under 5 hours.
